A 20% non refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation during peak season.

Full Lodge Reservations: To confirm a Full lodge reservation I require a 20% deposit and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by visa or mastercard. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance a 90% refund is given. If the reservation has to be cancelled after the 30 day period a refund will only be given if the vacancies were able to be filled.

Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms or inside the premise. A $200 fee will be charged for any smoking in a guest room.

Pets are not allowed on the premises or in the guest rooms. A $200 fee will be charged for any pets in a guest room.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If we do not receive a cancellation call after the 72 hour period the credit card we have on file for the reservation may be charged.
